Shipping and Handling

Need to track your Raintees?
Enter in your tracking number with your shipping carrier below.

We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

All shipping includes delivery information. Once your Raintees package is given to the shipping carrier, it becomes that carriers responsibility, and raintees.com is no longer liable. Packages are left either in your mailbox or can possibly be left on your porch. Raintees.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Gift Cards

You may purchase a gift card through www.raintees.com. We offer gift cards in any amount and we can send them to you or to the person receiving the gift card.

Gift Cards Policy

Gift cards can be used online only at www.raintees.com. *Please note, that gift cards are handled as legal tender. Therefore; if a gift card is lost, a replacement cannot be issued.

Item Availability

We try our hardest to have stock of all items on our site at all times. If we are out of stock of the item you ordered we will notify you by email or phone. We apologize for this inconvenience and work hard to make sure this does not happen.

Cancellation Policy

Sorry, but no orders can be canceled once placed. If you want a different size other that what you ordered just call or email within 1 hour of order confirmation and we will work with you to get what you need.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipment from raintees.com your original shipping fees will not be refunded. Also, a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.

Return/Exchange Policy

Raintees works hard to give you the highest quality goods that give back along with swell customer service. If you are not in love with your Raintees, we will issue you an exchange, online store credit or refund if goods are not damaged, used or worn. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a RA (Return Authorization). No return will be accepted without a RA.

  • Also make sure:
  • All tags must be attached with original packaging
  • No visible signs of wear or washing
  • Raintees accessories such as Handbags, hats, jewelry, belts, cosmetics, sunglasses and sale are final sale
  • Any return or exchange must be shipped within 7 days from your RA
  • Returns shipped after 7 days will be refused
  • If your return is accepted, a $10.oo or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund
  • Your RA must be on the outside of the box
  • Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning and exchanging merchandise – unless, raintees.com sent an incorrect size, or an incorrect or damage item
  • Raintees.com will refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s)
  • Make sure to include the original invoice/return form
  • Without the invoice/return form, the return becomes difficult if not impossible to process
