Checkout Help

 

If you're having a little trouble completing your purchases, please take a look at the following steps to ensure a smooth process. If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact us.

 

For New Users:

  1. After adding the desired products to your cart, click on the "cart" link at the top of the site to view your cart
  2. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the appropriate box and click "Submit"
  3. Once you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout"
  4. If you are a new user at RainTees, you will need to create an account. (If you are NOT a new user, skip to the section below entitled "For Returning Users")
  5. Click the button indicating that you are new. A form will appear that requires you to enter your email, desired username, password, and billing information.
  6. Once you've filled out the required fields, click "Send Registration".
  7. A link will be sent to the email address you provided. *IMPORTANT* You will not be able to complete check out until you click this link to register your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk/bulk folder. If you still do not see it, it may take up to 24 hours to make it through some email servers.
  8. Once you click the link, you may return to RainTees.com to complete your purchase.

*Please note, all of our purchases are completed through PayPal. Once you confirm the order on RainTees.com, you will then be guided to PayPal to pay for your order. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the purchase. PayPal provides the secure interface, and you can process your payment as a guest.

 

FOR Returning USERS:

If you've already created an account at RainTees.com and are having difficulty checking out, try the following steps:

  1. Recall if you have completed a purchase in the past. If not, you may not have activated your account by clicking the link sent to you in the activation email. Search your inbox and spam/junk/bulk folder for that email.
  2. If you have completed a purchase in the past, use the "Lost Password?" link to reset your password. You will be sent a token in your email to begin the password reset process. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours to make it through some email servers.
  3. Finally, if you are still unable to complete your order, please contact us and let us know what error message you're receiving. We'll get back to you right away.
